  • - Teruar's seven rooms welcome guests every day except Monday and throughout all seasons.
  • - Room reservations are available for guests aged 15 and over.
  • - We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets in our rooms.
  • - Smoking is not allowed in our rooms and all indoor areas of the hotel.
  • - We offer private parking space for Teruar's guests.
  • - All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, light and sound-proof curtains, hypoallergenic pillows and beddings, and a mini hygiene kit. Daily cleaning service is provided for our guests. Please feel free to contact us for any special needs or inquiries.
  • - Room service is available within the operating hours of our restaurant and is limited to snacks. Room reservations include breakfast.
  • - Our check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 11:30.

  • - Teruar Urla welcomes its guests on all seasons and every day except for Mondays (which we reserve for our weekly preparations).
  • - Our restaurant service hours are from 18:00 to 23:00 on Tuesdays. We serve between 14:00 - 17:00 and 18:00 - 23:00 from Wednesday to Sunday.
  • - Please note that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, we only offer a tasting menu during dinner service.
  • - For the ultimate tasting experience at Teruar, please remember that all guests at tables choosing the tasting menu are kindly asked to order it.
  • - If you have special dietary needs or allergen conditions, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance with your reservation, and we will make special arrangements for you.
  • - A 10% service charge is added to the bill in addition to the total.
  • - Table reservations are available for guests aged 15 and over.
  • - We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets in our restaurant's indoor area.
  • - To provide you with the best experience, we kindly request all our guests to dress in smart casual attire, aligned with our ambiance. Please note that we do not accept clothing such as shorts, flip-flops, or tracksuits in our restaurant.
  • - For special occasions, we cannot accept outside products such as cakes, as we cannot monitor their production and storage conditions. Likewise, to maintain the ambiance of our restaurant, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate requests for balloons, decorations, or arrangements.
